Fabyan

Sumerian Oil & Gas holds a dominant land position at Fabyan, with a nearly 100% working interest across approximately 120 sections. The area includes extensive legacy development in the Viking Formation, with additional upside in the Sparky, Colony, and Upper Mannville zones.

Resource Potential

Fabyan is historically a shallow natural gas and light oil play, with stacked-pay potential across multiple zones.
Engineering work highlights strong upside tied to:

  • Re-activating the Sparky/Colony wells, which are capable of meaningful, stable production once returned to service
  • Low-risk multilateral drilling opportunities in the Viking and Mannville intervals
  • Large contiguous land positions ideal for systematic horizontal development programs

Future Development Vision

While current production at Fabyan is shut-in, the lands present a clear opportunity for scalable reactivation and redevelopment, including:

  • A structured restart of key wellbores
  • Step-out and infill horizontal drilling
  • Strategic recompletions across stacked reservoirs

Sumerian’s internal development scenarios point to the field’s ability to support material production growth with a disciplined capital program.

Infrastructure Control

Sumerian controls the majority of the pipeline infrastructure required to support both oil and natural gas development across Fabyan.
This infrastructure is a strategic advantage that allows:

  • Immediate tie-in of reactivated or newly drilled wells
  • Low-cost movement of associated natural gas
  • Optionality for future liquids handling and optimization projects

A third-party gas handling agreement is in place to support future gas volumes.

Energy-to-Compute Opportunity

Fabyan is uniquely suited for future power-generation or Bitcoin/AI compute development due to:

  • Abundant shallow natural gas potential
  • Large contiguous land base
  • Ability to control gathering lines and infrastructure
  • Low surface impact and strong physical separation

This positions Fabyan as a natural location for modular, behind-the-fence energy-to-compute projects similar to Sumerian’s emerging operations elsewhere.

Long-Term Strategic Asset

With a combination of land scale, stacked-pay geology, infrastructure control, and emerging reactivation potential, Fabyan stands as a core medium-term growth asset in Sumerian’s portfolio. The field is expected to support material production uplift once the reactivation and multi-zone development program is initiated.
